Mr. Adarsh Kapoor is a Managing Director of the Company. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing). He has over 25 years of experience in trading of Electric and Telecom Products.

Mr. Rohit Thorve is Non-executive Independent Director of the Company. He is associated with the Company since March 30, 2015. He has a vast experience in legal field.

Mr. Rajesh Kapoor is Director(Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He joined the Company on January 05, 2016. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession.

Ms. Neha Badlani is the Non- Executive Woman Independent Director of the Company. She has vast knowledge in the field of Management and Finance. She is associated with the Company since March 23, 2016.

The Company does not pay any remuneration or sitting fees to its Independent Directors.
